Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We post all Australian orders with Express Australia Postage, including Tracking sent via email.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

Up to 500grams postage will be $10.00
Up to 3 kg postage will be $15.00
Up to 5 kg postage will be $25.00

We do our best to post orders on the day you have placed your order, however please allow 2-3 working days for orders to be sent out.

We will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched. 

Insurance is not included to keep costs down, please advise us if you would prefer to add on insurance.

Once the item has been posted, E.S.S Laboratory cannot be held responsible if the items are lost due to a missed delivery, or stolen.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent tracked and express via DHL couriers. Insurance is not included to keep costs down, please advise us if you would prefer to add on insurance.

Please note that customs and duties are not included in your order, and vary from country to country. Please note that we are required by law to declare the exact value of the merchandise and mark it as dutiable.

IN-STORE PICK UP

If you would like to pick up your order, please enter the code STORE under discounts when checking out. This will remove the shipping cost and we will put it aside for you to pick up.

PRE ORDER & CUSTOM

For items listed as pre-order or custom, please allow a manufacturing period of 1–2 weeks. Plus shipping time, unless you have opted to pick up in-store.
