The Burton Shirt is made from from Azumadaki dyed Japanses Linen, undergoing a natural dye process dating back to the Edo period. This ancient process requires dyeing the linen fibre before it is woven, often for hours in small pots. This makes the linen much softer and fluffier. Each panel cut on a unqiue angle highlighting the cut and thick stripes. With natural shell buttons and side pocketing. The body of the shirt flares out at under the bust creating an gentle A-line shape.
